Order Repeat Medication Online

Some patients are authorised to have repeat prescriptions. You can order your repeat prescriptions in a number of ways:

• You can hand in your computerised slip in person.
• You can post it to the surgery along with a stamped addressed envelope if you wish your prescription returned to you.
• You can fax it to the surgery on (01767) 681600.
  Please note the fax is not attended by surgery staff between 6.00pm and 8.00am. Therefore we advise you to fax requests through during opening hours to maintain strict confidentiality.
• Or you can request your prescription online by clicking on the Emis Access link below.

You must allow two clear working days in order for us to process your request.

Telephone requests are not accepted.

If you run out of medicine by mistake, speak to the dispenser who will, in turn, speak to your doctor. There is no need to make an appointment.

Dispensing

The dispensary is responsible for all requests for repeat medication. The practice must have 48 hours' notice in order to process all repeat prescription requests. Click here to see our dispensary information leaflet.

Rural Patients

Dispensing of prescriptions is available for patients who reside in some of the surrounding villages. A list of such villages is available at reception/dispensary. If you have a disability or find it very difficult to get to a chemist for health-related reasons let us know as you can apply to be a dispensing patient.
