Appointments
How to Request an Appointment
You can request an appointment in the following ways:
- Online by visiting the Consulting Room.
- By register for online services.
- By calling the practice on 01767 682525 between 08:00 – 12:30 and 13:30 – 18:00.
- By visiting the practice.
Each appointment lasts 10 minutes. Should you have several matters to discuss, or you feel your problem may need more time, please complete our ask a receptionist a question form for a double appointment.
The practice currently only allows patients to pre-book two weeks in advance because so many patients fail to attend for appointments. When a patient does not turn up the appointment it is wasted as we cannot fill them at short notice. Please telephone and cancel your appointment if you cannot make it.
Same Day Appointments
To make an appointment on the day, please telephone the surgery on 01767 682525, visit the practice or book an appointment online as close to 08:00 as you can.
Telephone Consultations
All doctors offer telephone consultation appointments that can be pre-booked. If you feel that your problem can be dealt with over the telephone, then please make use of this service. These appointments are available to pre-book on different days with different GPs, Tuesday – Friday, 12:00 – 12:10.
The doctor will need a landline or mobile telephone number to contact you. Please use our Change Personal Details form to keep us updated with this information.
If You Need to Re-Book an Appointment
Please telephone the surgery on 01767 682525 after 09:30, when the telephones lines are quieter, and ask the receptionist to make you an appointment for a later date.
