Bedfordshire, Luton and Milton Keynes Integrated Cared Board (BLMK ICB) is reviewing how primary care services are delivered, looking at:

• Where there are opportunities to streamline and integrate services to improve the experience for our residents
• Improve quality of care and outcomes
• Reduce inequalities
• Improve access
• Ensure value for money.

To achieve these outcomes, we want to engage with residents to understand how they use these services, what is important and what would make a difference to them.
